Prestige at Hampton is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood and is fully serviced and equipped with eco-friendly facilities. We’re excited to update you on the progress we’ve made this month.
Completed:
- Block work for the second-floor slab is finished for Block 1 and 3
- Swimming pool wall casting is completed for Block 1 and 3
- POP Ceiling Installation is completed for Block 5
- Staircase marble installation is completed for Block 5
- Installation of bathroom shower heads is completed for Block 5
- Additional block work is completed for Block 5 and 6
Prestige at Hampton by HEREL Construction Progress (Block 6 in focus)
Ongoing:
- Block work for the second-floor slab is currently in progress for Block 1, 2 and 4
- Interior works are ongoing on all blocks
- First coat painting is 80% complete
- Internal and external door installation is in progress
- Pool testing is ongoing
- ELV second fix work is ongoing for Block 1 and 10
- POP Ceiling Installation is in progress for Block 6, 7, 8 and 9

- Shower head installation is in progress for Block 6
- Floor screeding is 10% complete for Block 7,8 and 9
- Floor tiling is 50% complete for Block 7,8 and 9
- Screeding of ceiling is in progress
- Shower head installation is in progress
- Compound filling
- Plumbing works are ongoing on Block 10
- Window installation is 45% complete for Block 9 and 10
- Lift installation is ongoing.
