- Pitch Members: Pitch walk-ins are allowed. If you are already a registered HEREL Play Pitch member, you can continue using the pitch at your designated booking times. This change does not affect your pitch access.
- Pool Subscribers: Swimming pool walk-ins are allowed. If you have an active pool subscription, you are welcome to continue using the pool during your scheduled times, and your subscription remains valid throughout your booked period.
- Walk-In Guests: Walk-in restaurant services will no longer be available. Our space will now focus exclusively on curated event bookings and private experiences.
- Event Bookings: You can now book HEREL Play for your private events, gatherings, or corporate functions. Our team will help design a unique and memorable experience tailored to your needs.
