Kelvin Orogun is a Non-Executive Director at Anchoria Asset Management Limited. He is also the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cashpot Limited. Cashpot Limited is a money remittance company with headquarters in London and offices in Lagos Nigeria. Prior to starting Cashpot, he was the Managing Director, Africa Market- Small world financial services Group Ltd from October 2006 to December 2010. He started his career in Universal Trust Bank. Kelvin is a graduate of University of Benin where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He also obtained an MBA from Cass Business School- City University London.

Azubike is the Managing Director, HEREL. He is a financial services professional with experience in Retail & Commercial Banking, Strategic Planning & Process Improvement, Financial Analysis & Modelling and Fund Management. He started his career with Zenith Bank Plc, then Royal Bank of Canada before joining VFD Group in 2016. He was the Managing Director of the foremost digital Bank in Nigeria, VBank before being appointed as the Managing Director of Anchoria Asset Management in 2021. Azubike is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Canada Securities Institute and Securities and Exchange Commission.

Nonso Okpala is the Group Managing Director of VFD Group Plc. He holds a B.Sc. in Marketing from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus in 2003. He started his career in 2004 at KPMG Professional Services as a Senior Auditor.
In 2008 he moved to BGL Plc working in their corporate finance and wealth management teams.
In 2010 he joined Heirs Holding Ltd, an African Proprietary Investment Company. Charged with the design and implantation of Heirs Holdings’ financial strategy, he played a pivotal role in implanting the turnaround/establishment strategy of its investee companies as Chief Financial Officer. In 2016, he moved to VFD Group.

Mr. Mobolaji Adewumi is a Non-Executive Director at VFD Group Plc. holds a B.Sc. in Management and Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife in 2004 and an MBA specializing in Finance from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge in 2012. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over ten years post-qualification experience. Prior to joining VFD Group Plc, he worked with the Managing Director of First Bank of Nigeria Limited. Prior to that, he was the Special Adviser to the Managing Director of ASO Savings and Loans Plc while doubling as Head of Strategy. Bolaji has deep financial services experience and expertise, having worked with regional and global leaders in the financial services sector, such as the United Bank for Africa and KPMG Nigeria.

Babatunde Akinniyi holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. Babatunde Akinniyi is the MD/CEO of Builder’s Stop Centre. He started his career in the construction industry at Treasure Haven. In 2002, he joined Integrity Construct Limited as a Supervisor and rose to the position of General Manager, Construction, by 2005.
He possesses a wealth of experience in the housing and retail building construction sub-sector.

Olubukola a tested professional with degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design and Engineering; and years of seasoned experience in the fields of Architecture, Project Management, Real Estate Development and Integrated Facilities Management. She qualified as an Architect in 1999 with a BSc. (Hons) Architecture from the Welsh School of Architecture, University of Wales, Cardiff, UK. In 2001, she obtained a masters’ degree, MSc. Built Environment: Environmental Design and Engineering, from the prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London (UCL), London, UK. Prior to qualifying as an Architect, she worked as an intern in the offices of Michael Hopkins and Partners, a world-renown practice in London and later with Cartwright Pickard Architects; also, in London. After obtaining a masters’ degree, she returned to Nigeria in March 2002 and joined James Cubitt Architects as a Project Architect where she worked on a variety of commercial, residential and civic projects for four years. Appointed Senior Project Architect, she was seconded in 2004, to Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria as a Project Manager; where she acquired invaluable skills in Project Management, Construction Management, Budget Tracking and Cost Management. She successfully managed the design and construction of new branches for the bank in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja. She joined Zenon Petroleum and Gas Limited (a market leader in the down-stream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria), in October 2005 as a Project Manager, responsible for the quality of construction, budgets, programmes and the co-ordination of Consultants, Contractors and Sub-Contractors; on all developments undertaken by the Company. Under Bukola’s direction and supervision, the portfolio of the Project/Property Unit experienced phenomenal growth, transforming it into a multi-million dollar Real Estate Development subsidiary company; F. O. Properties Limited. Bukola was appointed to the role of Managing Director of F. O. Properties Limited in 2007.

Ngozi is an Associate with Admiral Law who works closely with Tiro and Kristina on a wide range of client matters. Ngozi practiced as a corporate and commercial lawyer for over a decade in Nigeria prior to moving to Canada with her family. She was called to Alberta Bar in 2020 after completing her NCA and articling with a boutique commercial litigation law firm in Calgary.
Ngozi is passionate about providing the best services to her clients. Being exposed to varied practice areas helps her to offer creative solutions to client issues. She currently volunteers with The Consumer Debt Negotiation Project at the University of Calgary Public Interest Law Clinic. Ngozi serves on the boards of companies in Nigeria including VFD Group Plc.
In her free time, Ngozi enjoys watching soccer games, playing trivia games and spending quality time with her family.

She was also a Wellsite Mudlogging Analyst and Wellsite Data Analyst with Geoservices, a Schlumberger Company. Before joining HEREL Plc, she was the Executive/Technical Assistant to the GMD/CEO of VFD Group PLC. Chioma is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and Young African Leaders Initiative.

Osemudiamen Ogbeide is the Head, of Projects at HEREL. He obtained his first degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious University of Benin, Edo state and has a plethora of experience in Construction Project Management. Driven by his knack for quintessential construction delivery. He believes that construction must be held to an outstanding and honorable standard as it affects the lives of everyone involved. His peers would refer to him as “the Engineer who would rather go hungry than handle a defected project”. He is creative in his approach to space utilization. Ose has been actively involved in various capacities in a variety of construction projects across multiple sectors; Real Estate, Hospitality and Education.
